Spaghetti Squash Soup Recipe

My friend Sarah tried making this soup and raved about it. I tried making some myself and it is seriously so good! Save this recipe, its a keeper. The “spaghetti” doesn’t slide off your spoon like noodles will. And the flavor is out of this world. I haven’t had anything like it before. It almost reminded me of a fancy minestrone but it really has a flavor of its own. Try it and let me know what you think!
