We offer 9 inch Double Crust Apple Pie (classic style), Crumb Topping Apple Pie, and Pumpkin Pie. We are also offering Pumpkin Bread and Pumpkin Cranberry Bread (comes in an 8” x 4” loaf pan.)

If anyone is unfamiliar with our homemade pies they are hand made and start with an old fashioned butter crust. The crust is rolled and shaped by hand. For the apple pies we only use our own apples. For those of you who remember Anne Derby (my grandmother) I use a blend of all her favorite baking apple varieties. Our apple pie recipe is inspired by my grandfather Ted (Anne’s husband) who I credit with starting my interest in baking. If you are unfamiliar with a Crumb Topping pie it is a crumble style topping with flour, oats, brown sugar and butter.

Our pumpkin pie recipe is another old fashioned recipe that is spiced with ginger and cinnamon. Similar to a squash pie this custard recipe is seasoned just enough so you can still taste the pumpkin!
